Vinification:
Grapes from previously selected plots, transported in 22 kg boxes, were subjected to rigorous sorting at the winery reception. After the grapes were destemmed, slightly crushed, and then gently pressed, in pneumatic presses. The must was transferred to a stainless-steel vat where it remained at a temperature of 8ºC for 48 hours until it was decanted. Alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless-steel vat with a controlled temperature of 14º C during a 30 days period.
Aging:
8 months of stage in stainless steel, with bâtonage on fine lees, protected from oxygen.
Tasting note:
Citrus color very attractive in the aroma, where notes of lime, orange blossom, and vibrant minerality stand out. A captivating wine in the mouth, of lively acidity and balanced structure. With a seductive and fresh finish.

Seafood, fish, Asian cuisine, white meats and cheeses.

Vinification:
The grapes, from our vineyards, were transported in 22 kg plastic boxes and subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the cellar. After a complete destemming and a slight crushing, the must was transferred to fermentation vats in stainless steel with controlled temperature. Reassembly made according to the evolution of fermentation and grape variety.
Ageing:
18 months in a 225 liter French oak barrica.
Tasting note:
With a deep ruby color, an excellent freshness and aromatic projection on the nose, where red fruits stand out very well integrated with soft notes of spice. Starts the tasting in the mouth in a very harmonious way, evolving into a wine of excellent volume and structure composed of velvety texture tannins. A very captivating wine, which ends with excellent balance and persistence.

Red meats, Matured meats, Game and Cheese dishes.
